Weekly deals 5/12/13-5/18/13

In lieu of a weekly coupon preview, I'm providing a list of weekly deals.  This is because I couldn't get it together to post a coupon list.  Here you go.

Target
I noticed that they have a ton of gift card deals this week.  I mean A TON! I swear there was one almost every aisle.  I bought 2 boxes of diapers, 2 boxes of wipes, icy hot and cortisone cream (a must for summertime at my house), and 2 packages of toilet paper. From that, I got 4 Target gift cards worth $35!  I also did 2 transactions so I used the $25 of gift cards from the first transaction to pay for the second transaction.  Then I still have $10 in gift cards for next time.
Here's their good deals:

• Pampers or Huggies diapers; buy 2 boxes get a $20 gift card.  
• The boxes are either $34.99 or $37.99
• I had both mfg and Target coupons for diapers and for wipes (See below) so I ended up paying $68.48 for 2 boxes before getting the $20 gift card back. After taking the gift card into account, I paid $0.17 per diaper. Great deal!!!
• Pampers or Huggies wipes; buy 2 boxes (10.99 each) and get a $5 gift card
• Paired with the diapers above, I had more coupons for wipes so I paid $20.48 before the $5 gift card.  Taking the gift card into effect, I paid 1.5 cents per wipe which is an amazing deal on wipes.  This is cheaper than the Target brand wipes. 
• Bounty or Charmin; buy 2 get a $5 gift card (can buy 1 of each)
• Bounty 8 pk. $10
• use coupons:
• Use 2 $1/1 TARGET mobile coupon (text picnic AND text spring to 827438 to get both coupons)
• Use 2 $0.25/1 coupons from April's P&G Savers
• Final price: $17.50 for 2 before gift card. $6.25 each after gift card, or $0.52/regular roll. Not the best price I've ever seen, but a good price for this time of year. 
• Charmin Mega roll or Double roll $12.99

• 2 $0.25/1 Charmin product from April's P&G Savers
• Final price: $24.48 before $5 gift card. $9.74 each after gift card or $0.20/regualr roll.  Again, I have seen cheaper but it's still an ok price. 
• Buy 2 Tide liquid or Boost duo pacs ($11.99 each) get $5 gift card back
• There are a ton of coupons available for Tide or Boost duo pacs, but even with the best case scenario, it is $0.15 an ounce for the liquid. I buy Xtra brand detergent, which at regular price is $0.03 a load.  Personally, I just can't justify the price difference. However, this is a great price for Tide if that's what you use.  Find those coupons in the P&G Savers inserts, the 5/12 Red Plum insert (target coupon) or from Target mobile. 
• Coffee Mate liquid creamer $1.79

Went to Target today.  I bought 9 boxes of dryer sheets and 4 single colors of eye shadow.  I paid $5.47 and got a $5 gift card back, so I'm only out $.47.
Here's how:
Bounce dryer sheets $1.97 each. I had 3 $3/3 Target coupons from the paper a few weeks back and 3 $3/3 mfg coupons from the paper this last weekend.  $1.97 X 9 = 17.73;  subtract the coupons: 17.73-9=8.73; 8.73-9=free
Covergirl select types of makeup, buy 4 get a $5 gift card back. $3.14 each (=12.52) I had 4 mfg coupons for $2/1 to bring it down to $4.52.
My Target debit card saved me an additional 5% to bring it to $4.27 before tax and $5.47 after tax. Then I got a $5 gift card to use next time. So, I'm only out $.47.
